Rustic, located in Blowing Rock, NC, ships most items by common carrier. When you purchase our rustic wood furniture, it will be blanket wrapped for shipment, delivered to your home or business, and set up for you.

The rustic home furnishings you choose will typically be delivered in two to four weeks, with the exception of items with cushions. For those items, cushions are made to order based upon your fabric choice. A shipping estimate will be provided with your freight quote.

You can order small items online, which are shipped by UPS, unless you request otherwise. Please feel free to email for a shipping quote on these small items, as we are always glad to shop around for the best shipping cost for you.

If you are interested in getting a freight quote online, you will be asked to fill out the Freight Request Form. If you would like to have all items shipped together, list the Item Numbers and quantities of each in the Comments section. We will get the best price and delivery we can for you. We will contact you by email and/or phone with a freight quote; you can make payment by phone or through PayPal.

At this time, we only ship within the continental U.S. and Canada. All purchases are final, unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of order. We will work with you upfront to ensure that you will be happy with your order.
